• Products are normally shipped within 14 days of the acceptance of the order. Please let us know if you have an urgent situation and we will try to expedite the order if possible.
  
• Genave products have a 90 day return policy. If the product does not meet your application's needs, call Genave for an RMA, then simply return the product for a refund. The refund policy does not cover shipping costs, nor any custom parts or special equipment not normally stocked by Genave.
